Range of detection elements

When using EDX-7000 for light element analysis below 15P, a vacuum detection unit or helium displacement detection unit (both are optional) is required.

The collimator and primary filter are independently driven and can be freely combined without restrictions. You can choose 24 combinations from 6 x 4.

Meanwhile, all combinations can be quantitatively analyzed using the FP method.

When X-rays are generated, the X-ray display light behind the analyzer and the X-RAYS ON display light in front will light up. During analysis, blue lights are lit on both sides of the X-ray display lamp. The operator can still have a clear understanding of the status of the analytical instrument even when they are not present at the analysis site.


PCEDX Navi, a software that can be easily used for "first meeting"

In order to make X-ray fluorescence analysis closer to every laboratory, the software PCEDX Navi, which is easy to understand, has emerged.

The intuitive and simple interface allows every user, from beginners to experts, to experience a convenient operating environment.


Concise interface

In one interface, sample images can be displayed, analysis conditions can be selected, and sample names can be entered simultaneously. On the measurement interface, the collimator can be directly switched

You can switch the collimator diameter while observing the sample image.

Meanwhile, the selected diameter is indicated by a yellow circle.

Automatically save sample images

Automatically read the sample image at the beginning of the measurement and save it in association with the data folder.


After the measurement is completed, along with the sample screen, the element name, concentration, and 3 δ (standard deviation of the measurement) will be clearly displayed on the same interface. With a simple click of the mouse, you can see the 'Summary of Analysis Results' or' Report '.
